Nondorf is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Pölla in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 38 building areas with 14,981 m² and 38 gardens on 31,010 m² in the cadastral community of Nondorf , in 1989/1990 there were 41 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 97 and in 2009/2010 there were 39 buildings on 89 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is shaped by forestry. 263 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of 1979/1980 and 158 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 254 hectares and 168 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 251 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 168 hectares. The average soil climate number of Nondorf is 20.5 (as of 2010).
