Quote

“Twenty years ago, the tasks of a cameraman were relatively clear: you made films for television or cinema. Today there are DVDs , CD-ROMs, and the Internet . In addition to the optical, there is also the digital recording system and many cameramen have indirectly to do with the visual effects of a film. Maybe it makes filmmaking a less collaborative process with fewer people but more tasks. I can accept that if we can make more films with more complex topics for it. - It could be a new concept! I remember Richard Lester's staging and tools he used in the 1960s. His ingenuity made him a great storyteller. I hope that our new possibilities will bring this kind of cinematic art back to life.
