Nina Brüggemann (born February 11, 1993 in Pinneberg ) is a German soccer player who is under contract with Bundesliga club Bayer 04 Leverkusen .

Career

Brüggemann came through FC Union Tornesch and TSV Uetersen in the summer of 2009 as a B-Junior to Bundesliga club Hamburger SV . For the Hamburg women she made her Bundesliga debut on September 27, 2009 in the game against SG Essen-Schönebeck . With the goal to make it 3-2, she immediately scored her first goal in Germany's top division in this game. In the following three seasons she played a total of 37 Bundesliga games for HSV. After Hamburg's withdrawal from the Bundesliga in 2012, Brüggemann worked for the Sun Devils , the college team at Arizona State University, for a year. For the 2013/14 season she finally signed a two-year contract with BV Cloppenburg, newly promoted to the Bundesliga . In the summer of 2015 Brüggemann switched to SGS Essen.

Between 2008 and 2010 Brüggemann played a total of eight games for the youth teams of the DFB .

Others

Brüggemann attended the Johannes Brahms School in Pinneberg until 2012, and has been studying in Oldenburg since 2013.
