Frederike Kempe (born February 10, 1997 ) is a German soccer player . She is under contract with Bundesliga club Bayer 04 Leverkusen .

Career

In the summer of 2012, Frederike Kempe moved to the youth department of FSV Gütersloh 2009 via SSV Meschede and SV Schmallenberg / Fredeburg . With the B-Juniors she won the championship of the B-Juniorinnen-Bundesliga West / Southwest in 2012/13 and reached the final of the German championship against FC Bayern Munich , where the Munich women prevailed 3-1. In March 2014 she was used for the first time for FSV in the 2nd Bundesliga North and was a permanent member of the first team in the following season . For the 2015/16 season , Kempe signed a contract with Bayer 04 Leverkusen, for which she made her debut as a substitute in the Bundesliga on August 30, 2015 (1st matchday) in the 0: 4 away defeat against SC Sand . After two more short appearances, she was in the starting line-up for the first time on matchday four against TSG 1899 Hoffenheim .

In September 2015 she was appointed to the squad of the U-19 national team for the first qualifying round for the 2016 European Championship , where she made her debut on September 15, 2015 in a 2-0 win over Hungary.

Others

Kempe attended the girls' football boarding school in the SportCentrum Kamen-Kaiserau from 2012 and began studying at the German Sport University in Cologne after graduating from high school in 2015 .
