Buildings
The Oberbichler Hof was named under this name as early as 1770, although today's buildings have been documented since 1787. The core of the house dates from the 17th century; in the 18th century the eaves side of the building was extended to the west. In the 19th century, the owners of the farm changed the two-storey building with a rectangular floor plan on the windows, the gable-sided tower and the roof truss. The Oberbichler Hof residential building is a mixed construction, middle-floor house with a block purlin roof and a pent roof that is covered with boards. From the structure of the facade, corner blocks and a round arched portal from the 17th century as well as baroque honeycomb lattices have been preserved. The paneled room dates from the 19th century, and there is also a smoke kitchen with a brick, open stove in the building. The Oberbichler Hof also has a water-powered grain mill with a forge, with the mixed construction project with a plank-covered purlin roof being marked with the year 1877 . The overshot cell paddle wheel is located in a covered wheel room, the forge is on the valley side.
