Bermuda participated in the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico Mexico City with a delegation of six male athletes in four competitions in two sports part. The youngest athlete was sailor Jay Hooper (24 years and 290 days), the oldest athlete was Kirk Cooper (36 years and 79 days).

It was Bermuda’s seventh participation in the Summer Olympics .
