Mali took part in the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico Mexico City with a delegation of two male athletes in two events in two sports part. The youngest athlete was Namakoro Niaré (25 years and 133 days), the oldest athlete was Soungalo Bagayogo (27 years and 121 days).

It was Mali's second participation in the Summer Olympic Games .
