Von Miserony was on the cover of the TV magazine Funk Uhr , Issue 1 from 1959 (Photo: JH v. Miserony). Even in early childhood, she met actors and filmmakers who went in and out of her parents' home through her father. So their path was mapped out very early on.

During her youth in Berlin in the 1970s, von Miserony encountered personal contradictions as a result of the social reorientation. She left high school in 1976, shortly before graduating from high school. There was a break with his parents' home and also with the city. Von Miserony moved to Brighton / England for 2 years .

Career

After Miserony of 1977 at a drama school in London had announced she took her father in 1978 after Munich , where the youngest student New Munich Acting School of Ali desire King visited.

The years of study followed, in which she was allowed to continue attending drama school only because of her exceptional talent. In 1981 Peter Zadek discovered her talent and brought von Miserony to the Free Volksbühne Berlin , where she was allowed to play a trouser role ( Biondello ) in The Taming of the Shakespeare on special terms . Von Miseroni, as she was still writing at the time, worked from then on with the directors who were well-known at the time , with Reinhard Hauff in The Man on the Wall alongside Marius Müller-Westernhagen , with Dominik Graf and Klaus Emmerich for the nine-part series Rote Erde . In 1985 she left the film and television business. A planned collaboration with Tankred Dorst in 1985 no longer came about.

With the birth of her two children and the associated withdrawal into private life, Patricia von Miserony only played a smaller role again in 2001, alongside Michael Degen in the film Leo and Claire , directed by Joseph Vilsmaier . From then on, von Miserony worked regularly for film and television again, until she joined a theater group led by Markus Jung in 2003 . In the role of Dieter Fürst , another trouser role, Patricia von Miserony was able to celebrate another, greater success as an actress in Munich. After an abrupt end of the theater group and its dissolution in 2004, von Miserony went to Berlin in 2005 with her two children. In Berlin she came into contact with her brother Michael H. de Miserony , who is now a filmmaker himself. In 2006 she joined a theater group again. In Berlin and Brandenburg, von Miserony played Nora from Nora or Ein Puppenheim from Ibsen from 2006 onwards .
