Patrick Kafka (born 1991 in Vienna ) is an Austrian model .

life and work

Kafka's first job as a model was a 2009 campaign for Abercrombie & Fitch , photographed by Bruce Weber , followed by commissions for Ralph Lauren and Trussardi . In June 2009 he made his debut at Milan Fashion Week at fashion shows by Bottega Veneta , Dolce & Gabbana , Dsquared2 , Jil Sander , Zegna and Moschino . In the same month he hit the catwalk for John Galliano , Hugo Boss , Kenzo and Thierry Mugler in Paris . In September 2009 he took part in Richard Chai and Michael Bastian fashion shows in New York .

Since then, Kafka has worked with the world's most famous fashion photographers - for example Arnaldo Anaya Lucca , Sam Bassett , Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin , Jem Mitchell , Sergi Pons , David Slijper and Milan Vukmirovic . He works for almost all of the major men's magazines , from L'Officiel Hommes to the Japanese GQ , the American Flaunt and the Spanish Esquire to the German Playboy , often on the cover . Other clients include Giorgio Armani , Balmain , Thom Browne , Roberto Cavalli , Diesel , Perry Ellis , Gucci and Simon Spurr . For the standard he presented a number of Swiss precision watches.
