The Perwenstwo FNL 2014/15 was the 23rd season of the second highest Russian league in football. It started on July 6, 2014 and ended on May 30, 2015.

The 18 teams played against each other twice on 34 match days, divided into a first and a second half. The two best clubs were promoted directly to the Premjer League 2015/16 , while the third and fourth were promoted through relegation. The last three teams were relegated to the Perwenstwo PFL .

Before the season

Only nine teams from the previous season played in the Perwenstwo FNL in 2014/15. In addition, the five zone winners of the Perwenstwo PFL, as well as four relegated teams from the Premjer league, were promoted.
