The Perwenstwo FNL 2013/14 was the 22nd season of the second highest Russian league in football. It started on July 7, 2013 and ended on May 15, 2014.
mode
The 19 teams played against each other twice, divided into a first half and a second half. Each team played 36 games. The two best clubs were promoted directly to the Premier League 2014/15 , while the third and fourth were promoted via relegation. Four teams were relegated, and two teams were excluded.
Before the season
The five zone winners of the Perwenstwo PFL were promoted to the Perwenstwo FNL. On June 26, 2013, Metallurg-Kuzbass Novokuznetsk stated that they no longer had the opportunity to play on a professional basis. The season was therefore carried out with 19 teams.
