history
The place was created with the establishment of a royal ironworks and belonged to the Karlsgrund colony from the beginning. First, the place was named New Bodland and the works Bodländer Hütte and Bodländer Frischfeuer. The hut and the place were later renamed in honor of Arnold Heinrich Voss in Vosshütte and Vosshütte. In 1865 Vosshütte consisted of the iron and steel works, two fresh fires, a house and a Kretscham (restaurant).
