history

In its history the village is strongly connected to the village of Kujakowice Górne ( Ober Kunzendorf ). Both villages are mentioned as Coyacowicz as early as 1232 . In 1283 there was another mention as Concendorf . The name is derived from the Slavic term Chojak, which means something like young pine .

In 1845 there was a Catholic school and another 109 houses in the village. In the same year 658 people lived in Nieder Kunzendorf, 3 of them Protestant and 11 Jewish. In 1933 844 people lived in Nieder Kunzendorf, in 1939 again 835 people. In 1940 the Kunzendorfer Bach is regulated in the town center. Until 1945 the village belonged to the Kreuzburg OS district

As a result of the Second World War, Nieder Kunzendorf fell under Polish administration in 1945, like most of Silesia . The place was subsequently renamed Kujakowice Dolne and joined the Silesian Voivodeship. In 1950 it was incorporated into the Opole Voivodeship. In 1999 the place came to the newly founded Powiat Kluczborski ( Kreuzburg district ).
