Punj Lloyd PSA Masters 2009

The Punj Lloyd PSA Masters 2009 took place from December 5th to 10th, 2009 in Mumbai , India . The men's squash tournament was part of the PSA World Tour 2009/10 and endowed with $ 152,500. It was held again for the first time after a two-year break.

The defending champion was Amr Shabana , who was eliminated in the semi-finals this year. Ramy Ashour won the final against Nick Matthew 11: 6, 9:11, 11: 9 and 11: 9. This was his first title at the tournament.

The field of participants in the men's competition consisted of 32 players, eight of whom were qualifiers. The 16 best players were seeded. Per Wildcard received Ritwik Bhattacharya a spot in the main draw.
