The Punj Lloyd PSA Masters 2010 took place from December 13-19, 2010 in New Delhi , India . The men's squash tournament was part of the PSA World Tour 2010/11 and belonged to the Super Series category . The women's tournament, which took place under the different name WISPA Masters , was part of the WSA World Tour 2010/11 . Prize money was $ 192,000 for men and $ 36,000 for women.

The defending champion was Ramy Ashour . Nick Matthew defeated James Willstrop in the final 11: 7, 11: 8 and 11: 7. In the women’s category, Jenny Duncalf beat Kasey Brown 11: 5, 11: 5 and 11: 4.

The field of participants in the men's competition consisted of 32 players, eight of which were reserved for qualifiers. The 16 best players were seeded. For the women, the main field comprised 16 starting places, four of which were for qualifiers. The best eight players were seeded. Per Wildcard received Harinder Pal Sandhu and Joshna Chinappa each a spot in the main draw.
