The Putrajaya E-Prix is an automobile race of the FIA Formula E Championship in Putrajaya , Malaysia . It was held for the first time in 2014 . The Putrajaya ePrix 2014 was the second Formula E race.

A temporary circuit on public roads near the Prime Minister's office was selected for the Putrajaya E-Prix .

Sam Bird won the first race ahead of Lucas di Grassi and Sebastien Buemi . The following year Bird and di Grassi reached the podium again, but this time di Grassi won ahead of Bird. Robin Frijns came in third .

Remarks

1. ↑ Nicolas Prost achieved the fastest lap time in qualifying 2014. He started the race from eleventh place due to a starting position penalty, while Oriol Servià started from first position. The racing series still rated Prost as a pole setter and he received the bonus points for the pole position.
