The Santiago E-Prix is an automobile race of the FIA Formula E Championship in Santiago de Chile , Chile . It was held for the first time on February 3, 2018 as part of the 2017/18 FIA Formula E Championship .

history

The first Santiago E-Prix took place on the Santiago Formula E race track (Parque Forestal) . Jean-Éric Vergne won the race ahead of André Lotterer and Sébastien Buemi .

The second edition then took place on a new route in Parque O'Higgins. Sam Bird won the race ahead of Pascal Wehrlein and Daniel Abt . The route was revised for the following year . Maximilian Günther won the E-Prix ahead of António Félix da Costa and Mitch Evans .
