The Rauhe Moor is a nature reserve in the Lower Saxony municipality of Halvesbostel in the Harburg district .
The nature reserve with the sign NSG LÜ 038 is 7 hectares in size. It is located southeast of the district of Holvede, which belongs to Halvesbostel, and protects a small moor area with a diameter of about 200 meters that has formed in a shallow hollow in the ground. Old peat cuttings can be found in the west of the nature reserve . The drainless moorland is surrounded by agricultural land and forest .
The area has been a nature reserve since May 17, 1978. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of Harburg.
