Rehdorf (colloquially: "Rēdoʳf") is a district of the city ​​of Oberasbach in the Middle Franconian district of Fürth .

geography

The Kreuzbach (called Asbach in the lower reaches), which is a left tributary of the Rednitz , flows through the village . The place is surrounded by arable land and grassland with a few trees. Approx. 1 km south is the Wolfshöhe ( 363  m above sea level ). A community road leads to Oberasbach (1 km northeast) or after Anwanden to the district road FÜ 14 (1.3 km west). Another communal road leads to Lind also to FÜ 14 (1.3 km northwest).

history

The place was first mentioned in the Berg'schen Reichslehenbuch from 1396 as "Redorf". The defining word of the place name is the deer .

At the end of the 18th century there were 7 properties in Rehdorf. The high court exercised the Brandenburg-Ansbach judge's office in Roßtal . The Landpflegamt Nuremberg held the village and community rulership, but this was disputed by the judge's office in Roßtal. The landlords were the state alms office of the imperial city of Nuremberg (1 yard) and the Nuremberg owners of Ebner (1 yard), von Gugel (1 yard), von Haller (1 yard), von Murr (1  half yard ), von Praun (1 yard). There was also a shepherd's house that was used communally. In 1801 there were 6 properties in the village.

As part of the community edict, Rehdorf was assigned to the Leichendorf tax district formed in 1808 . It also belonged to the rural community of Leichendorf , which was founded in the same year .

As part of the regional reform in Bavaria , Rehdorf was incorporated into Oberasbach on January 1, 1976.
