Roland Minkowitsch

Roland Minkowitsch (born January 13, 1920 in Spittal an der Drau ; † January 22, 1986 in Mannersdorf an der March ) was an Austrian politician and member of the ÖVP .

Life

The farmer Roland Minkowitsch began his political career in the ÖVP Gänserndorf and in the Niederösterreichischer Bauernbund. From 1970 to 1980 he was President of the Austrian Farmers' Union . In 1980, he graduated in law with the graduation from the Master.

From 1963 to 1986 he was a member of the National Council . From 1968 to 1970 he was State Secretary in the Federal Ministry of the Interior . From 1975 to 1986 Minkowitsch was second president of the National Council .
