Vincent Kotzina

Vinzenz Kotzina (born March 30, 1908 in Neunkirchen , Lower Austria ; † April 13, 1988 in Gutau , Upper Austria ) was an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ).

Vinzenz Kotzina attended the secondary school Wiener Neustadt in Wiener Neustadt from 1919 to 1926 . He graduated from the Universities of Vienna and Freiburg im Üechtland .

He was Deputy State Secretary of the State Trade Association of Upper Austria, then Chamber Office Director of the Chamber of Commerce for Upper Austria. He was a founding member of the Upper Austrian Economic Association. From 1962 to 1974 Kotzina was a member of the National Council . From 1963 to 1966 he was State Secretary in the Federal Ministry for Trade and Reconstruction, from 1966 to 1970 Federal Minister for Buildings and Technology .

Since his studies he was a member of the Catholic student union K.Ö.HV Amelungia Vienna and KDSt.V. Teutonia Freiburg in Üechtland.
