Lövsta or Roma kyrkby is part of the Roma ( Roma monastery) crime scene on the Swedish Baltic Sea island of Gotland or the province of Gotland County and the historical province of Gotland. The official name of the Statistiska centralbyrån for the crime scene is Roma.

Roma Church in Lövsta

It is about 16 km from Visby and 2 km northwest of the center of Roma (Roma monastery), about in the middle of the island, which also forms the municipality of Gotland .

In the north of the village is the church of Roma, which has been rebuilt in a neo - Gothic style . This church is not in the place Roma itself, but its catchment area (parish, Swedish socks ) extends to there, which can lead to confusion between the two places.

A dead straight avenue of linden trees leads from the church to the monastery ruins of Roma Monastery, about 2 km away .

Population development

The table shows the population development from 1960 to 2010. There is no information for 1980 to 1990, as the place was run as a joint crime scene with Roma (monastery), also from 2015.
