Until December 2006, Rosenholm Municipality was a Danish municipality on the Djursland peninsula in eastern Jutland in what was then the Århus Office . Since January 2007 it has been part of the newly formed Syddjurs municipality together with the municipalities of Ebeltoft , Midtdjurs and Rønde .
Rosenholm Municipality was created in the course of the administrative reform of 1970 and comprised the following Sogn :
- Hornslet Sogn (rural community Hornslet)
- Mørke Sogn (rural municipality Mørke)
- Hvilsager Sogn and Lime Sogn (rural community Hvilsager-Lime )
- Mygind Sogn , Krogsbæk Sogn and Skørring Sogn (rural municipality Mygind-Krogsbæk-Skørring )
- Søby Sogn , Skader Sogn and Halling Sogn (rural municipality Søby-Skader-Halling )
