Ryan Gaucher (born February 23, 1978 in Saskatoon , Saskatchewan ) is a Canadian ice hockey player who has been under contract with the Arizona Sundogs in the Central Hockey League since July 2013 .
Career
Gaucher began his career with the Saskatoon Blades in the Canadian Junior League Western Hockey League and then moved to the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks , the farm team of the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim in the American Hockey League , which, however, spent most of the time with their various cooperation partners in the ECHL used. About the Cleveland Barons , the defender came in the 2002/03 season to the Norfolk Admirals , where he was also used in both the AHL and the ECHL and which he left after two seasons in the direction of Providence Bruins . After the left shooter had spent almost the entire 2005/06 season with the Alaska Aces in the ECHL, he moved to the Austrian first division club EHC Linz after a few games the following season . After a year with the "Black Wings", the Canadian was on the ice for SønderjyskE Ishockey in the Danish AL-Bank Ligaen in the 2007/08 season .
With the rise of the Kassel Huskies in the German Ice Hockey League for the 2008/09 season , Gaucher moved to Kassel, where he had a one-year contract. From 2009 to 2011 Gaucher played for the SERC Wild Wings in the 2nd Bundesliga ice hockey . In November 2011 he was signed by the Starbulls Rosenheim after the Schwenninger had not offered him a new contract. He then moved to Italy in the summer of 2012, where he signed with HC Gherdëina in the A2 series .
For the 2013-14 season, the Canadian was signed by the Arizona Sundogs from the Central Hockey League .
