Sacha Treille (born November 6, 1987 in Grenoble ) is a French ice hockey player who has been under contract with Rouen Hockey Elite 76 in Ligue Magnus since 2015 . His older brother Yorick is also a professional ice hockey player, as is his father Philippe .
Career
Sacha Treille began his career as a hockey player in his hometown in the youth department of the Brûleurs de Loups de Grenoble , for whose professional team he made his debut in the Ligue Magnus , the top French division, in the 2005/06 season . In the following season, the winger received the trophy Jean-Pierre Graff as rookie of the year . With Grenoble he won the double of the championship and Coupe de la Ligue in the 2006/07 season . In addition, he subsequently won the Coupe de France , the national cup competition, with his team .
For the 2008/09 season , the left shooter received a contract with Färjestad BK , for which he then gave a template in the Elitserien in a total of 26 games and with which he was Swedish champion straight away . The Frenchman also played on loan for Bofors IK , Nybro Vikings IF and the Malmö Redhawks in HockeyAllsvenskan , the second Swedish division, in his first season abroad . For the 2009/10 season, Treille then moved permanently to the Malmö Redhawks.
In June 2010 Sacha Treille was signed by HC Vítkovice Steel from the Czech Extraliga , where his brother Yorick had previously played. He took part in the training camp and some preparatory games, but did not sign the contract offered to him and returned to France. At the end of September 2010 Treille was obliged by Vítkovices league rivals HC Kladno , where he was able to assert himself immediately as a regular player and for whom he scored 15 scorer points in 39 games in the 2010/11 season , including nine goals. At the end of January 2011 he moved within the Extraliga to the capital club HC Sparta Prague , where his brother Yorick also played. With Sparta he succeeded in relegation to relegation, to which he contributed with four goals and two assists in seven games.
International
For France , Treille took part in the junior division of the U18 Junior B World Championships in 2005 and the U20 Junior B World Championships in 2006 and 2007 . In the senior sector, he was in his country's squad at the 2007 B World Championships and at the A World Championships in 2008 , 2009 , 2010 and 2011 . At the 2011 World Cup, he was voted one of the top three players on his team.
