San Isidro ( Filipino : Bayan ng San Isidro ) is a Filipino municipality in the province of Isabela , Administrative Region II, Cagayan Valley. It has 24,861 inhabitants (August 1, 2015 census) who lived in 13 barangays . It is classified as a fifth income class community in the Philippines and as partially urbanized .
San Isidro is located in the south of the province, in the valley of the Cagayan . The community lies at the foot of the Cordillera Central massif . It is 339 km north of Manila and is accessible via the Marhalika Highway . Their neighboring communities are Alicia in the north, Santiago City in the southwest, Ramon in the west, Echague in the south and east.
