Sara Lüscher

Sara Lüscher (born February 11, 1986 in Lenzburg ) is a Swiss orienteer .

career

After her World Cup debut in 2010, she made it into the top ten at the 2012 World Championships in Lausanne when she finished seventh in the middle distance. In 2013 she won the bronze medal with the relay at the World Championships in Finland. A short time later she won the mixed relay at the World Games in Colombia with Daniel Hubmann , Judith Wyder and Matthias Kyburz . In 2014, she was fourth to miss a medal in the World Championship middle distance race. In the relay race the next day she won the title with Sabine Hauswirth and Judith Wyder.

Lüscher runs in Switzerland for the OLC Kapreolo club and internationally for the Finnish club Kalevan Rasti . Before that, it also ran for Wing OK . At the Swiss O Week she came second in the overall ranking in 2011 and 2014.
