Hanne Staff (born February 3, 1972 in Norway ) is a former successful Norwegian orienteer for the Norwegian club Bækkelagets SK .

Hanne Staff is a four-time world champion and European champion in orienteering and has won a total of 12 medals at world championships, 6 medals at European championships and two medals at the World Games. In addition, she was overall World Cup winner in 1998 and 2000 and achieved a total of 16 podium places in World Cup races.

At the end of the 2004 season she ended her career in top international sport after winning World Cup gold over the middle distance that same year.
