Heli Annikki Jukkola (born November 26, 1979 in Noormarkku ) is a former Finnish orienteer .

In 2002, the junior relay world champion from 1998 ran for the first time at a European championship. A year later she won the bronze medal in the middle distance at the World Championships in Switzerland behind Simone Luder from Switzerland and Hanne Staff from Norway. More World Cup medals followed in 2004 and 2005 before she won gold with the Finnish relay team ( Paula Haapakoski , Jukkola and Minna Kauppi ) in 2006. The Finns were also European relay champions this year and successfully defended their title at the World Cup in Kiev in 2007 . In addition, Jukkola and Kauppi became world champions in the long distance in 2007 at the same time. In 2008 Heli Jukkola won the European title in the middle distance. After a hip operation, she ended her career after the 2008 season.

Jukkola is a member of the Rastikarhut Association from Satakunta . In the Finnish championships she won titles in 2003 (normal distance), 2004 (sprint, normal distance, long distance and night run), 2005 (normal and long distance), 2006 (sprint) and 2007 (middle distance).

She is married to the orienteer Tero Föhr .
