Schadehop is a hamlet in the municipality of Wedemark , which is part of the Brelingen district in the Hanover region.

Geography and history

The hamlet is located in the center of Wedemark, halfway between the villages of Resse and Brelingen. About one and a half kilometers to the west is the hamlet of Ohlenbostel, which also belongs to Brelingen .

Schadehop was first mentioned as Scadehope in 1353 .
