Blazon : "In green over a silver cross brook with spring fizz a golden stump with two oak leaves and an acorn on both sides, in the base of the shield a lying, silver wolf tang ."
Foundation of the coat of arms: The community consists of the districts Dudenbostel and Rodenbostel. The stump with the oak leaves and the acorns is supposed to indicate the origin of the district Rodenbostel, after the clearing of the predominantly existing oaks in this area. The Querbach with the spring is reminiscent of the abundance of water in the municipality, which can be recognized by the numerous springs on Brelinger Berg and a groundwater flow. The Wolfsangel emphasizes that it belongs to the former Burgdorf district .
