Schmalzmühle is a district of the municipality Röckingen in the district of Ansbach in Middle Franconia .

geography

The wasteland lies on the Wörnitz and is immediately surrounded by arable land and grassland. In the northeast the corridor is called Eichach. The Dornstadt-Linkersbaindt forest lies in the southeast . A residential path leads to the district road AN 47 (0.2 km south-east), which leads to Fürnheim (2.3 km south-west) or crossing state road 2218 to Röckingen (2.3 km north).

history

Schmalzmühle was in the Fraisch district of the Ansbach Oberamt Wassertrüdingen . The landlord of the property was the Württemberg Oberamt Weiltingen . From 1797 to 1808 the place was subordinate to the Justice and Chamber Office Wassertrüdingen .

As a result of the community edict, Schmalzmühle was assigned to the tax district formed in 1809 and the Röckingen rural community .

House No. 1: Former mill of a four-sided courtyard, mill and residential building, two-storey saddle roof building, half-hip at the back, with half-timbered gable, around 1700, with a delivery house to the east, probably 19th century; Courtyard house, outbuilding, two-storey massive building with pitched roof, one side with half-hip, 1786; former pigsty, single-storey, massive gable roof construction, around 1900; Courtyard entrance, basket arch gate with side gate, re. 1710.
