Sean Mackie (born November 4, 1998 in Edinburgh ) is a Scottish football player who is under contract with Hibernian Edinburgh .

Career

Sean Mackie was born in the Scottish capital Edinburgh in 1998. Until 2014 Mackie played in the port city of Kirkcaldy , for the Raith Rovers . From 2014 to 2015 he was active in the Fife Elite Academy. A year later he played again for the Rovers. For the then Scottish second division team, he made his debut against Alloa Athletic on August 22 when he came on for Craig Wighton . In February 2016, the 17-year-old moved to Hibernian Edinburgh . For the remainder of the 2015/16 season, Mackie was loaned out to the Berwick Rangers from the Scottish fourth division. After returning to the Hibs, he made his debut for the club against the Raith Rovers in the Championship in April 2017 . In July 2017, Mackie was awarded a six-month loan to Edinburgh City .
