Ofir Meir Marciano (born October 7, 1989 in Ashdod ) is an Israeli football goalkeeper who is under contract with Hibernian Edinburgh .

Career

Ofir Marciano began his career in his birthplace with MS Ashdod . He played in the club's youth teams until 2009 before making his professional debut in the Ligat ha'Al in the 2009/10 season . From the 2011/12 season he was a regular goalkeeper in his club. By the end of the 2014/15 season , he had completed 139 top division games. He was then awarded for a year to the Belgian first division club Royal Excel Mouscron , for whom he stood between the posts six times. Another year later, the Scottish second division club Hibernian Edinburgh loaned him .
