Sergei Moya
Sergej Moya (born January 4, 1988 in Berlin ) is a German actor , screenwriter and director .
Acting career
Sergej Moya played his first role in 2001 in the movie Frau2 sucht HappyEnd . This was followed by a small role in the remake of the Erich Kästner novel Emil and the Detectives . His theatrical breakthrough came in 2003 at the side of Götz George and Klaus J. Behrendt in the award-winning WDR television film Mein Vater . In 2005 he played again alongside George in the Shimansky episode Sin .
He played Walter Sittler's son in the Sat.1 crime series Ein Fall für den Fuchs , and he can be seen alongside Henry Hübchen in the ARD series Commissario Laurenti . For his role in Keller - Teenage Wasteland , Moya received the Undine Award 2006 for best actor in a motion picture. In 2006 he appeared next to Uwe Ochsenknecht in The Best Teacher in the World . In 2007 he was nominated for the Golden Romy as “Most Popular Shooting Star”. Moya did not graduate from high school and has focused on acting since early 2006. He played in various television series such as Polizeiruf 110 , Commissario Laurenti , Der Alte and in several Tatort episodes .
Work as a director and writer
Since 2009 Moya has also worked as a director and author. His short film Hollywood Drama was shown in the competition of the Max Ophüls Preis 2010 film festival and was shown in the Perspektive deutsches Kino series at the 2010 Berlinale . His film project Hotel Desire , an erotic film with Clemens Schick and Saralisa Volm , was funded by crowdfunding . The sum of 170,000 euros was collected before the official deadline of 80 days. Tatjana Kerschbaumer wrote in Tagesspiegel about his film Jan Josef Liefers - Soundtrack of My Life (MDR, 2014) : "Seldom has it been possible to summarize a person's biography, music history and politics in such a compressed and anything but boring way."
