Sharon Maria Rebecca Beck ( Hebrew שרון רבקה בק מריה; * March 22, 1995 in St. Tönis ) is an Israeli - German soccer player .
Career
society
Beck started playing football at SV Vorst and later came to SC Union Nettetal via SV Grefrath. In 2010, she won the U-15 national cup with the Niederrhein Football Association and shortly afterwards joined FCR 2001 Duisburg , for which she spent one year was active. In the 2011/12 season, Sharon Beck moved to SGS Essen , where she made her first division debut on November 27, 2011 against SC Freiburg , when she came into play for Isabelle Wolf in the 64th minute .
After a total of seven first division appearances for Essen, the defender signed a contract with Bayer 04 Leverkusen for the 2013/14 season .
She made her Bundesliga debut for Leverkusen on October 20, 2013 (6th matchday) in the 2-0 defeat in the away game against FC Bayern Munich with a substitution for Venus El-Kassem in the 73rd minute. On May 25, 2014 (20th match day), she scored her first two Bundesliga goals in a 2-2 draw against SC Freiburg . For the 2016/17 season Beck moved to 1899 Hoffenheim .
National team
Beck played her first game for the German U-16 women against Italy in May 2011 and took part in the Nordic Cup with them that same year . After her debut for the U-17 team in October 2011, she was part of the 18-man German squad that won the U-17 European Championship in Nyon in 2012 . Beck was also part of the German squad at the U-17 World Cup that was held in Azerbaijan in the same year .
In February 2018 she was nominated for the first time for the senior national team, which took part in the SheBelieves Cup 2018 from February 28 to March 7 . Since she had not previously played a game for the German senior team, she was able to decide a short time later to play for the Israeli women's national football team , for which she played her first game on June 7, 2018.
