From laut.de the album two out of a possible five points received. The reviewer Stefan Friedrich writes that Cypress Hill “still sound different from the rest of the hip-hop world, but not automatically good too.” The hip-hop CD is “made loveless and shallow”, with the production mainly consisting of string samples contain and little bass. The rap-rock CD, on the other hand, “mostly looks like a crossover from the early 90s.” Only the songs (Rap) Superstar and Stank Ass Hoe are positively highlighted.
