The Suzuki Kei was a miniature car in the Japanese kei car class that Suzuki produced between 1998 and 2009. It was available as a three- or five-door hatchback vehicle. The drive was the Suzuki R3 gasoline engine with or without a turbocharger . Basically, the Kei had front-wheel drive , with all-wheel drive available as an option. In addition to a five-speed manual transmission, a four-speed automatic transmission was also available. Mazda sold a badge engineering model as Mazda Laputa from 1999 to 2006.
