The Thüringisch-Sächsische Personennahverkehrsgesellschaft mbH (abbr .: THÜSAC) is a public transport company that serves five districts in the federal states of Thuringia and Saxony .
Corporate structure
ThüSac is only 43% shareholder. 5% belong to the district of Leipzig and with 52% the majority belongs to the district of Altenburger Land . One of the partners is the car rental company Europcar . In addition to the regular bus line operation, ThüSac also operates its own certified MAN commercial vehicle repair center and a tire service.

PlusBus
Since the start of the S-Bahn Mitteldeutschland on December 15, 2013, lines 258, 276, 350 and 416 have been upgraded to PlusBus .
Central German transport association
The THÜSAC local passenger transport company has been a member of the Central German Transport Association since 2001 with its Saxon service area . In 2005 the Thuringian service area followed.
