TI-Raleigh (also TI-Carlton ) was a Dutch cycling team that existed from 1971 to 1983. In the first years from 1971 to 1974 the team drove on a British license.

The team was sponsored by the Tube Investments (TI) holding company , which acted as the holding company for the bicycle manufacturer Raleigh . The team was led by Peter Post and Jules De Wever .

The team was successful in both tours and one-day races . The team was known for its successful team time trials . The greatest success was winning the Tour de France in 1980 .

After the Raleigh Cycle Company withdrew as main sponsor, Peter Post founded the Panasonic-Raleigh team .
