Brad Stephen "Taylor" Negron (born August 1, 1957 in Glendale , California - † January 10, 2015 in Los Angeles , California) was an American actor .

Life

Taylor Negron grew up as the son of Lucy Rosario and Conrad Negron, Sr in La Cañada Flintridge . He was of Iranian, Italian, Jewish, and Puerto Rican descent. His cousin is the musician Chuck Negron . During his school days he worked as a comedian and appeared in the renowned The Comedy Store , among others . He later studied acting with Lee Strasberg and Lucille Ball at their acting school The Actors Studio in West Hollywood . He also graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles .

From the early 1980s onwards, Negron was often seen in smaller supporting roles in films such as I think I stand in the forest and The knife on the bank . After he became known to a larger audience in 1991, in particular through his portrayal of the hit man Milo alongside Bruce Willis in Tony Scott's action film Last Boy Scout - The goal is survival , Negron was able to make himself through frequent appearances in television series such as Pretender , Alone among neighbors and Reno 911! as well as several movies as a high profile supporting actor. He played a major supporting role from 2001 to 2002 on the side of Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen in their television series So Little Time , which was canceled after a season. In total, he played in almost 130 different film and television productions in his career.

Negron was openly gay. After seven years of illness, he died in his home at the age of 57 as a result of liver cancer .
