Tien Giang is divided into eight districts:

• Cai Lậy
• Chau Thanh
• Chợ Gạo
• Gò Công Đông
• Gò Công Tây
• Tân Phước
• Tân Phú Đông

The cities of Mỹ Tho (provincial capital) and Gò Công are separate communities.
