Gia Lai is a province ( tỉnh ) of Vietnam . It is located in the south of the country in the Central Highlands region and is the country's second largest province by area. In the west it borders on Cambodia .

Districts

Gia Lai is divided into seventeen districts:

• 14 districts ( huyện ): Chư Păh, Chư Prông, Chư Pưh, Chư Sê, Đắk Đoa, Đắk Pơ, Đức Cơ, Ia Grai, Ia Pa, K'Bang, Kông Chro, Krông Pa, Mang Yang, Phú Thiện
• 2 cities at the district level ( thị xã ): An Khê and Ayun Pa
• 1 provincial town ( Thành phố trực thuộc tỉnh ): Pleiku (capital)
