Tiina Boman (born February 18, 1977 in Joroinen ) is a former Finnish triathlete . She is national champion in the short distance triathlon (2013) and Ironman winner (2007).

Career

Tiina Boman was third at the ITU World Championship in the long distance triathlon in 2005,

In May 2007 Tiina Boman won the Ironman in Lanzarote (3.86 km swimming, 180.2 km cycling and 42.195 km running), where she finished second the previous year.

In June 2010 she was fifth at the European championship on the long distance. In 2013 she became the Finnish national triathlon champion on the short distance.

At the state championship on the middle distance, she was third in 2014. It has not appeared internationally since 2014.
