Tony Martin

Tony Martin , actually Anthony Philip Harford (born April 19, 1957 in Birmingham ) is a former singer of the heavy metal music group Black Sabbath .

Life

With Black Sabbath he sang from 1987 to 1990 and from 1993 to 1995. After he had left Black Sabbath, Martin worked as a solo artist in the melodic rock area.

In the time between the two engagements with Black Sabbath Tony Martin recorded the album Back Where I Belong (1992). From 2003 to 2006 Tony Martin sang in the band Empire , which was founded in 2000 by former Majesty guitarist Rolf Munkes .

As a guest singer, he took part in the new album of the US metalers Lightning Strikes in 2016.
