The forstenrieder allee is a station of the Munich subway doors and has been on 28 October 1989th

The station was the terminus of the U3 until 1991. It is located at the intersection of Züricher Straße / Forstenrieder Allee. The back track walls are made of green painted concrete , on which hang pictures by Helmut Pfeuffer , depicting landscape motifs in groups of three. The pillars in the middle are clad with white tiles and at the corners with aluminum strips . As with the other stations that opened in 1989, the ceiling is designed as a canopy made of sheet metal panels, under which there are two light strips that illuminate the platform, which is laid out with an Isar pebble motif. At the western end, the junction and Knöpflerstraße can be reached via a mezzanine floor . At the eastern end you can reach the surface on Züricher Straße, also via a locking storey.
