The U2 album U218 Singles contains a selection of 16 singles and two new songs.
background
The two songs were recorded in September 2006 in London's Abbey Road Studios . The new tracks were produced by Rick Rubin , the song The Saints Are Coming was recorded together with Green Day for the benefit of the victims of Hurricane Katrina . The second new song on the album is Window in the Skies . Both new songs were then also released as single. The version of the album sold in the UK also contains a nineteenth track, I Will Follow .
