The Uzbek national basketball team for women is the selection of Uzbek women basketball players that the Basketball Federation of Uzbekistan represents on an international level, for example in friendly matches against the teams of other national associations, but also in international competitions. The greatest success was the seventh place at the 2001 Asian Cup . In 1992 the national association joined the world association Fédération Internationale de Basketball (FIBA). In November 2013, the team was ranked 48th in the world rankings for women .
