The Macau national basketball team for women is the selection of Macau women basketball players that the Macau-China Basketball Association represents on an international level, for example in friendly matches against the teams of other national associations, but also in international competitions. The greatest success was the fourth place at the Asian Cup in 1982. In 1979 the national association joined the world association Fédération Internationale de Basketball (FIBA). In November 2013, the team was not included in the world rankings for women .
