The Vilayet of Thessaloniki or Saloniki ( Ottoman ولايت سلانيك İA Vilāyet-i Selānīk ) was an Ottoman province from 1864 to 1912.

The capital was Saloniki , the province included the Sanjaks of Selânik (Thessaloniki), Drama , Taşoz and Serres (Siroz or Serez) and had an area of ​​over 50,000 km².

Before that, the province was part of the Eyâlet Rumelia until 1826. It was finally the Eyâlet Saloniki from 1826 to 1864 and was converted into a province after an administrative reform in 1864.

The vilayet consisted of today's central and eastern parts of the Macedonia and Pirin-Macedonia regions in Bulgaria . Today's Pirin-Macedonia was then administered as the Kazas of Cuma-yı Bala , Petriç , Nevrekop , Menlik , Ropçoz and Razlık . It was dissolved after the Balkan Wars and divided between the Kingdom of Greece , Kingdom of Serbia, and Tsarist Bulgaria in 1913.
